Discovery.

The aim of the Discovery stage is to conduct the necessary research and interrogation to fully understand the brand and product/service benefits, the competitor offerings and the needs of the potential customers, so as to identify a unique and relevant insights.

We listen to the objectives of the brand team and set agreed goals via our innovative Brand workshop session, where we ensure all key internal stakeholders are gathered to discuss the various, disparate perspectives of the business and brand in the one forum. This session is planned, moderated and facilitated by the Traffic strategy planning team.

Strategy.

After absorbing and digesting all of the inputs in the discovery stage, in the strategy stage we develop insight-led brand positioning that is compelling and differentiated.

We identify the brand’s strongest features, which are most unique and most important to our specific target markets, and build the brand essence and value proposition upon this solid foundation. We define the brand persona, values, personality traits and pillars.

At the conclusion of this stage, we present a detailed Brand Strategy for sign-off, which sets the agenda for the Design stage.

Creation.

In the creation stage, our diverse team of multi award-winning art directors, brand & digital designers, copywriters and social media experts create brand and campaign frameworks that are strategically sound and creatively compelling. Activation.

Once the creative concepts have been approved, the creative is rolled out and a 12 month marketing plan is devised to ensure maximum engagement across the identified touch points.  A fully detailed 12 month marketing calendar ensures we’re saying at the right thing, in the right place, at the right time, to the right people. The activation stage also involves continuous measurement to ensure our plan is working so effectiveness is constantly monitored and enhanced.
