Unlock a rare find

Traffic was appointed by McGrath Special Projects to launch a new development in Beecroft NSW. The suburb is renowned for its large homes and leafy setting, so a medium density project was an unwelcome addition to local residents.

Traffic created a campaign strategy that helped the development to blend into the leafy Beecroft environment. The entire site was wrapped in a hedge, in keeping with the local area, and invited buyers to ‘Unlock a rare find’.

The launch campaign featured digital banners, brochure, display suite, DL mailer, floorplans, website and more, all in keeping with the hedge/green feel of the area.
