St Clair is an innovative real estate development located in the suburbs of Woodville and Cheltenham, only 8km west of the Adelaide city centre. The development will comprise of 1200 apartments, townhouses and homes along with retail and business precincts. The problem that the development suffered was low awareness of the key benefits of living at the development.

Strategy
Re-engage prospective purchasers with the St Clair through a reinvigoration of the brand. Effectively highlight and communicate the desirability of the key benefits associated with living at St Clair.

Solution
Inject emotion into the brand by communicating the end benefits associated with living at the St Clair development. This involved performing the following:

  • Development of new campaign advertising materials for both above-the-line and below-the-line activity
  • Creation of new collateral, brochures, flyers, master plans, stage plan releases and point of sale
  • Re-vamp of sales centre
  • Re-development of website
  • Digital advertising
