Pack & Send is Australia’s leading parcel courier and freight reseller. Their key point of difference in the highly competitive freight market was not clear, and with many online couriers entering the market, a new strategy was required.

Strategy
Position the brand as the ‘Flight Centre’ of logistics services and launch two new brands targeting ecommerce businesses. Drive customers to website for the best price and a tailored solution based on a choice of freight providers available.

Solution
Traffic launched the new positioning ‘Delivering Choice’ at series of eComm conferences around Australia, together with two new sub brands – eSender and PowerSender. Launch material included an event stand, collateral, video and a completely new website was also created by Traffic to improve the communication, customer journey and sales.
