Background
St Ives have been providing Aged and Home Care services for over 20 years across Australia. In recent years they have seen a major shift in the lives of their clients and the type of support they needed. St Ives approached Traffic to create a new name and brand entity that would encompass this move away from just aged care and into living services that focussed on what really mattered to their clients to lead happier, healthier lives.

Strategy
Through a process of workshops and research groups we were able to get a deep understanding of trends in the category and how this was impacting the lives of clients. We developed a strategic brand promise that at its heart promised “cultivating purpose and connectedness of adult Australians through the provision of bespoke services influenced by the unique needs of individuals, providing flexibility and control to engage within the home and community to create a lifestyle that inspires on a daily basis.”

Solution
The new brand entity Enrich Living Services was created to reflect the vision to support, encourage and most importantly empower people to live their lives to the full. A vibrant colour palate and emotive illustration style and brand mark have been created to reflect the overall message and tone. The initial launch campaign is based on illustrations to work across the digital channels, a brand brochure to announce the launch, a landing page and full website. These are in development to support the updated client journey. A full external launch campaign is in planning stage so watch this space.
