Background
Uniting offer a choice of independent living villages in NSW and ACT. A campaign was required to ensure all villages were at capacity, to build awareness and encourage tours.

Strategy
Each Uniting Independent Living Village is different to the next, so a strategy was devised to create tailored campaigns for each area with a focus on ‘choice’. The choice strategy empowered the customer to believe it was their choice to move into independent living and that they could live their life as they chose.

Solution
An integrated campaign was launched with a mix of radio, digital banners, Facebook, a microsite and local press. On site signage was created to match the campaign and ensure the customer journey was consistent. The hero message was ‘The choice to be active or relaxed’ reaffirming that Uniting respect your choices and support your living style.
