Television success for Traffic’s real estate client

For the third year running, one of our real estate clients who have undertaken our Brand Metabolism rebrand process has had a major win on a series of the hit Channel 9 renovation show, The Block.

In late 2015, the team at Jellis Craig won the series that was set in South Yarra, after also winning one of the 2014 contests (the ‘Glasshouse’ one), which coincided with – and was a significant pillar of – the launch programme of the new Jellis Craig brand.

This year, we have worked with the team at Hodges Real Estate and used The Block as a key platform to launch their new brand identity. On the night, they secured an amazing sale price for Dan & Carleen – with their apartment selling for $2.3M, a massive $525,000 above reserve.

The brand promise that we created for Hodges is ‘you get more with Hodges’. With half a million in their pocket, Dan & Carleen will certainly attest to that!
