The Saint

Background
Pomeroy Pacific is one of Australia’s leading property advisory firms with a track record spanning 50 years of delivering premium high-end townhomes, apartments, hotels and more, mainly in metro locations. This project was a different one for them – a house & land development located on the coast at Saint Leonards, on the Bellarine Peninsula, 90 mins from Melbourne, and 35 mins from Geelong.

Strategy
The majority of the competing estates are fairly established and are all named and themed around the beach (like Seachange, Sea Breeze), with all of them – predictably – using blue as their primary brand colour. To differentiate the project and to appeal to our young family/ FHB target audience, we needed to create a modern, contemporary-sounding name and visual representation for the brand.

Solution
To appeal to this audience, one that desired a lifestyle that was a combination of the relaxed, beach-based sensibility and a work and amenity foundation in Geelong, we created ‘The Saint’. Featuring a striking colour palette and series of impactful lifestyle-based illustrations at the core, the campaign featured collateral, signage, landing page, digital and social media assets.
