Keysborough’s boutique address Elmswood was in the best location in the area and from Traffic’s research, had to appeal to a diverse target market with multi-cultural differences. Traffic’s ‘family values’ strategy confirmed the way forward, communicating safe and prosperous living across the brand. We managed theintegrated property marketing in full, from the sales centre, press, signage, brochures, web and 3D renders.
