STONECUTTERS RIDGE WINS UDIA (NSW) BEST RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT It was an exciting night for Medallist and Traffic on Friday evening at the Hilton Ballroom. With two finalists for Stonecutters Ridge (Best Marketing and Best Residential Development), the team were hopeful. More than 600 people turned out for the event, and Traffic and Medallist were represented at two tables. Stonecutters Ridge took out the coveted award for Best Residential Development in NSW – an amazing and well deserved award for all the hard work the team at Medallist, including Galeb Kilzi, Lloyd Gomez, Brett Summers and Daniel Smith, had put into creating such a sensational development. Galeb Kilzi, National Sales & Marketing Director, said, “It was a great win for Stonecutters Ridge and we couldn’t have done it without such a great team at Medallist and at Traffic – everyone has contributed to its success”. Traffic has worked with Medallist on the project for the past 3 years and are proud to be associated with the UDIA win. Unfortunately we had to be satisfied with a finalist in the very competitive Marketing Category, which included 5 contenders.
